This culinary experience will take you to explore traditional Italian cuisine at a Cesarina’s home. A Cesarina is a member of a network of passionate home chefs who want to share their knowledge with the world.
With your Cesarina, you will learn to make traditional dishes of the region – the recipes handed down through generations. You can help your host prepare the dishes and later get a chance to taste a lavish four-course meal. This traditional meal will consist of a starter, main course, side dish and a dessert, along with a selection of local red and white wines.
