Although he looked like he owned the hotel, he was very helpful with EVERYTHING, including tips for the city, during breakfast, and throughout our stay. The room was amazing, like a museum, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Location, although located in old town, was 5 minutes away from the museums and another attractions.

Well situated in the centre of Florence, Palazzo Bianca Cappello Residenza d'Epoca is within 300 metres of Pitti Palace and 600 metres of Strozzi Palace. Very beautiful, comfortable room in an historic building. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the location is central.

First, I would like to underline the whole stuff, to whom I thank, the perfect cleanliness, the location (quite close to everything, still very quiet) and the beauty of the place itself.
