A szálláshely közvetlenül a villamos megálló mellett illetve busz megálló közelében van. A közlekedés kiváló, percek alatt az óvárosi központban lehet lenni. Gyalogosan is igen gyorsan megközelíthető a központ. Nagyon jó infrastruktúra két élelmiszerbolt és rengeteg étterem a közvetlen közelben. A szállás makulátlanul tiszta, nagyon szép tágas, kényelmes szoba, kényelmes ággyal, tökéletesen felszerelve (diffúzoros hajszárító, törülköző, tisztálkodó szerek, tv stb). A személyzet végtelenül segítőkész és barátságos, jobbat el sem lehetne képzelni. A reggeli pedig eszméletlenül finom nagyon bőség és nagy a választék. Egy szóval tökéletes!

Really clear advance info from Alia on access to Roost Hill, buses etc. She was super-helpful & kind during the stay, with prompt replies to queries. Spotless room, with careful, creative attention to making it attractive, welcoming & comfortable. Shower room well designed in a compact space. Plenty of tea/coffee on the hospitality tray with extras available on a help yourself basis. Excellent value for money & the room is smarter than many that charge more! We were in Edinburgh for The Fringe & usually stay in the city centre but prices were so high this year we chose to stay a little further out & use the bus. Roost Hill was in a fantastic location for this - the no 33 bus is so close by it was as easy as being further into the city, & it runs 3x per hour, is reliable & tickets are only £2 a single for any distance, it seemed. The location was great for the city centre, & the hospitality & presentation of Roost Hill were excellent. We were able to leave bags safely when we arrived very early, & leave them securely at the end of our stay & return to collect them later so it was very convenient. Alia is doing a great job at Roost Hill - thank you!

The property is a calm oasis, with a gorgeous garden and beautiful art pieces from around the world on every floor. The furnishings are very tasteful and enhance the Georgian design. Our breakfasts were a highlight,and some of the best we’ve had. Rowena is a masterful cook and baker (her sourdough homemade bread is addictive). Her husband Tom gave us great suggestions on where to go and eat. We wished we had more time to try everything on his list!

It was simply amazing. I loved my room ,the fresh and delicious breakfast, the owner are very kind and helpful. I felt that I am a family member. The location is very good , the guesthouse is in a nice quite street, and we can reach the famous touristic places by public transport easily . I am sure that I will choose the guesthouse again.

Hihetetlenül olcsó volt. Edinburg-i árakhoz képest. Kényelmesvolt mint egy ékszerdoboz. Pár megálló a reptér, ami nekünk lényeges volt. 3 percre Lidli, Domino pizzéria, ëttermek stb. Van külön étkező nem kell a szobába morzsálni. Ha legközelebb meg kell szàllnom ebbe a városba csakis ide jövök. Mindenkinek ajànlom.
