Booked a family room on short notice as we had some power issues in our home. The room was spectacular. We have stayed in the Saint Remy a few times previously again on short notice. The hotel benefits from a central location in saint Remy and a beautiful cosy courtyard where one can enjoy a drink or have a dinner. Of note this year was a big improvement in the restaurant where we had a great dinner. The welcome and the staff continues to be very warm.

Saint Remy de Provence is a lovely and interesting village with a Van Gough connection they are clearly proud of. There are many other interesting places within a 45-minute drive and it is a beautiful area to visit.

We loved the availability of good restaurants and a large supermarket not far from the town centre. We enjoyed the history of the area (Roman and Art) and the natural features of the surrounding areas of Provence.

We only stayed for 4 nights, it was not enough, wish it could have been a couple of weeks. The area is beautiful and tranquil, felt so relaxed there, yet there is also so much to do. Although only a short stay we took a boat trip in the Carmague (from St Marie sur Mer) stopped at Arles to see the Coliseum, visited Pont Gard, walked on the bridge at Avignon, followed the Van Gogh trail and explored Glanum. On our way back to Nice we stopped at Aix. Good food and wine was always close by and the people we met most friendly. Would love to return one day.

St.Remy is the kind of town that you fall in love with. There are so many restaurants to choose from and all of them are really good. The people of St.Remy are friendly and helpful and for the shoppers there is something different for everyone in the beautiful little streets of St.Remy.
The walk-about tour of Vincent van Gogh is lovely to experience.

St Remy is a gorgeous village in Provence, with lots of little lanes to get lost in and plenty of lovely shops and restaurants to visit and keep you entertained. A must on a visit is the free walking tour of the sights that inspired van Gogh which finishes at Saint-Paul Asylum - where he self-admitted himself. It is also a great place from which to explore the surrounding countryside and villages

Market day was fabulous, and restaurants though a couple of restaurants wouldnt allow us to share meals, being older people our appetities are smaller and while if they were full could understand but when restaurant not even half full felt that was being a bit precious. Otherwise people friendly and helpful, our hotel "Melody" were very helpful and welcoming. Loved the small viiages up in the hills we visited
People driving though should be more considerate and stop tail gating please.

Le Petit Hotel was tres chic. Every hour you are there it enchants and you appreciate all the special touches and well thought out comforts to make your time there memorable. The staff is absolutely wonderful and went out of there way to make certain my husband had a gluten free option for breakfast. The breakfast was the best we have had in France. The pool and the beautiful serene courtyard and terrace of the hotel’s grounds are a peaceful oasis from the active pursuits of the day. Merci beaucoup!
Hotel staff and proprietors were kind, thoughtful, and caring. They adjusted our room to accommodate my disability. Very clean rooms and surrounding public spaces well cared for and looked recently updated with fresh paint and flooring. King size bed was a good size for my 6’6” husband. Excellent location - an easy 8-10 minute walk to the town centre and 20 minutes to the Glanum ruins and the hospital that Vincent Van Gogh lived in the last year of his life. Secure parking was worry free.
Beautiful property in a great location. Parking right outside the door. The apartment was nicely planned out for travelers with lots of space and nice touches. The pool is lovely and the patio was the perfect place to enjoy dinner. We appreciated how quiet it was at night. Pierre was a gracious host. This was the nicest place we stayed on our 2 weeks through France.
This is a charming hotel with a beautiful garden, pool and restaurant area. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were even upgraded to their last terrace room which was clean and comfortable, complete with a little seating outside overlooking the olive trees. It is great spot for exploring the Provence area if you have a car.
I really believe this is one of the best hotels in the South of France. I come to this place for quite some time and the place is magical. The staff is friendly and competent and the food is simply divine. The pool is placed in an immense garden and there is a service for drinks
This review actually relates to sister hotel, Domaine de Valmouriane, where we stayed instead due to a late agreed change.
Domaine de Valmouriane is a beautiful hotel backed by friendly staff and a phenomenal restaurant on site. Property is new and very clean.
Breakfast buffet was fine, the lady at the reception was helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, near Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. A great pool is a bonus. The room was not so big but bathroom and airco were perfect
immaculately clean, rooms were large, very nicely decorated, great air conditioning, hotel manager (Lila) and the maid who worked on Tues, Thurs, and Sunday, were great hosts…Would love to return and will recommend others…
Beautiful and fairly luxurious hotel in Saint Remy de Provence with a very nice swimming pool and the city center just a short walk away. The hotel provides a large number of parking spaces. Very nice and helpful staff.
Charming boutique hotel. I liked how it was walking distance to the old town, quiet area, the fully automated window shutters that completely block light if you wish to use it and get a good night’s sleep/rest.
One of our favorite hotels in Provence. Location is great for walking to town. Owners were incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations. Breakfast was wonderful, fantastic coffee!
Cozy nice hotel run by a family. Room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool space was a bit limited but it was a good fun for the kid anyway. Location was good, walking distance from city center.
The hotel's common areas such as courtyard, pool, and rooftop were the best part of the hotel. The location was perfect for walking the downtown of Saint-Remy. The staff was polite and accommodating.
They served traditional but delicious French breakfast. The entire experience was full of tiny and very cute details. Although we checked-in very late, we enjoyed our stay a lot.
