This guided tour will explore Cretan plateaus and their local life and mythology via a 4x4. You'll journey through Kritsa, known for its olive oil, and head to a mountaintop for an expansive view of the Libyan and Cretan Seas. Then, you'll head through the forest to Katharo, go 1500 metres up and have refreshment at a local kafenion.
You'll then head through the goat valley, across rivers and through dirt tracks for a helicopter view of the Lassithi Plateau. You’ll break after for a BBQ lunch and unlimited wine. Afterwards, you'll visit an eco-village to see handmade crafts. You’ll also see the Cave of Zeus.
You'll also stop at Krasi village and see its natural spring water source and 2,000-year-old plane tree. On the way back, you'll be able to spot vultures, an endangered species, in Selinari.
