This eight-hour tour will take you on an excursion through the Cretan mountains and along the off-road Minoan path. You will visit sites of historic interest including a Roman aqueduct and the ancient Minoan cave Psychro, which Greek mythology states as the birthplace of Zeus. Other places that you will get to see on this tour are the forgotten village of Sfendile and the Lasithi Plateau.
You will get to try a traditional snack and raki in the village of Kastamonitsa and be served a three-course, Cretan-style lunch at a local tavern in Lasithi.
