- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the activity starts.

Please note that the venue requires the full name of each visitor in advance, therefore the names provided during booking must correspond to the names of the visitors on their IDs. You will not be allowed inside the venue if the names do not match. The tickets are non-transferable and cannot be modified after booking.
