GRAND VERDE RESORT features a sauna and free private parking, and is within 41 km of Oita Bank Dome and 11 km of Kinrinko Lake. The food and service were exceptional. It was really great to have some prepared food and some to cook ourselves. All fresh and delicious. Good location with beautiful views. Very relaxing and loved some of the smaller activities available. Room was the perfect size and great setup for the views and with bathroom and eating area.

1.7 km from Kinrinko Lake in Yufu, 湯布院我楽珍民泊Yufuin Garakuchin provides accommodation with access to a hot spring bath and public bath. We spent 2 nights here. Staying at Garakuchin completes Japanese old style house living desire. -Wonderful private Onsen is available. Two types to choose. -Staff is very helpful and his english is very good. He offered us the service to drive to train station. That really helps saving our time and energy! -Room is clean and comfortable -Nice weather with great adventure while walking ~1 km from Yufuin station to the hotel.

Situated 42 km from Oita Bank Dome, 湯布院月灯り offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden and a shared lounge. Nice house and the owner is very kind. It’s quite far from train station but can take a taxi to the house, or if you want to see nice places from the station to the house, recommend to walk, it’s take a time but nice place to see and take a photo. There is a big bath tub that can use 24 hours. In the morning the owner make breakfasts for us too.

Ideally situated in the Yufuin Onsen district of Yufu, Yufuin Tsuru no Yu is situated 1 km from Kinrinko Lake, 23 km from Beppu Station and 35 km from Oita Station. Nice quiet corner beside a river with running water sounds, beside a rice Paddy field facing mountain views. Breakfast is great, Japanese style with many small dishes serving. Imagine after a morning spring bath your breakfast is ready to serve you that feeling is so great.

Located in Yufu, 42 km from Oita Bank Dome and 400 metres from Kinrinko Lake, 天ゆふ(Ten Yufu) offers a garden and air conditioning. The location is just right at the Kinrin Lake. With 1 bath house at the front and across the street is a public onsen right beside the lake. It is the whole house to your group and can easily fit 5 people with a spare space to move around. (But there's only one parking slot). As it's a house, it comes with kitchen and accessory. Very family friendly. Can cook nabe or BBQ. The carpark is a bit hard to find but seriously, it's like the most unique parking place ever. Not everyday that you can park beside a hole on the ground with hot spring water running and many fishes.

Located in Beppu in the Oita region, with Beppu Station and Beppu Art Museum nearby, Hakka provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Self check-in with clear instructions online. This is the best accommodation we've stayed at so far in Japan! It's very well equipped like it would be at home! The house is very spacious and has the most comfortable beds & blankets. I couldn't sleep on my back side since I had slipped & injured my tailbone a week before. But I could on this bed! The washing machine is also an actual dryer in one!

Okuyado Buaiso has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Yufu, 41 km from Oita Bank Dome. There is a private entrance at the ryokan for the convenience of those who stay. This is very unique place to have a relaxing time with family and friends. I enjoyed the breakfast and diner in hotel restaurant. I can say that the level of food is like an art. After you enjoyed the dining there, you will fall in love with this hotel. Enjoying the hot spring is also very special moments. Every staff is very friendly and kind to help the customers. I really enjoyed this hotel and I wish that I could come back to this place in someday. Thank you to all staffs.

Providing city views, Beppu Kannawa Onsen HIROMIYA is located in the Kannawa Onsen district of Beppu, 26 km from Oita Bank Dome and 5.5 km from Beppu Station. The rooms were spacious and very traditional, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The location was close to for example Hyotan Onsen and the Jigoku sights as well as Kannawa bus station for easy access to a quick trip to Myoban as well. Every morning we got boiled onsen eggs outside our door and there were filter coffee bags and hot water in the kitchen. Miho went out of her way to help us out at every turn!
