Host is a very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate, he helped us to book a safari. And of course it is very close to go to safari from here, only 15 minutes in the car, which will take you from hotel (and host will give you some snacks to go). Important to say that wi-fi and shower are perfect, which is not so easy to find on Sri-Lanka. Would definitely recommend!

Two very nice pools, a big garden and playground was great with small kids. The setting is very nice and lush. Also the restaurant on the premises was good and convenient. The staff was very nice. We did the afternoon safari which was very well arranged.

The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Received warm hospitality from the owners. The amenities in the room are thoughtful and well designed. The forest view is perfect. Breakfast is also very special. Definitely worth the money and highly recommend.

A continental breakfast is available daily at the guesthouse. this is a wonderful small family run business. there are only a couple of chalets and everything is run by family members from the taxis, to the safari to the food. The chalet was lovely and clean, we loved the outdoor bathroom and how authentic it was. the food served by Sachith and his family was absolutely delicious and we ate like kings. if you love authentic home cooking you are in for a great experience! the safari was well organised and we had breakfast, provided by Sachith around the lake during the trip - more delicious Sri Lankan food! we also enjoyed a few cold lion beers before dinner, much appreciated. if you like to enjoy experiences away from the crowds and get to know the local people more then this is definitely the place to go. Sachith and his family were very welcoming, friendly and provided a great service.

The chef is very friendly and provides an awesome service. The food is super delicious. Make sure you book the safari with the number provided after booking. Listen to the guide when it‘s best to go (morning / afternoon), because you‘ll have the best safari ever. They have eagle eyes and see animals you miss for sure, thanks for the perfect stay.
