Excellent location and great value for staying in Perissa amd enjoying the Black Beach area of Santorini. The rooms are at the back of the beach-front restaurant Ramaya. We arrived a bit early but Vasilis, who owns and runs the restaurant and the hotel/suites, told us he would do his best to check us in as soon as the room was available. In the meantime we were able to drop our bags and enjoy a bit of the area by chilling at the sunbeds right at the Black Beach. These are free for guests during their stay, so a huge plus, especially considering guests also get a discount when ordering from Ramaya, the restaurant. Our room was simple but fairly new. The air conditioning worked well. The bed was big and comfortable. There is a mini-fridge (loaded with water and some welcome treats). The bathroom was also new and spacious. We also had a small patio area with a table and a rack to hang (wet) clothes. The breakfast is served at Ramaya, so we were able to sit at the tables by the beach, which was very nice (since it was end of September, it wasn't too hot around 10am). The portions were extremely generous and Vasilis went above and beyond to make sure we were well served. Overall, great value if you want to explore Perissa area. Very different from what you will find in Fira or Oia, but definitely worth a visit. (PS. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the center. Everything looks spotless and brand new. We received a warm welcome from the staff, especially Hina, who was incredibly helpful and communicated wonderfully throughout our stay. The suite was fully equipped and spacious, featuring a small outdoor pool with four jets, a steam room, and a cozy coffee corner alongside a comfortable living area.
