Our Penthouse Chalet Apartment experience was great. We were greeted by our host Tetiana who has been super-responsive throughout our stay, gave us all necessary information and helped with any question we had, even outside her host duties. The attention to detail in the design of the chalet apartment is impeccable – from the furnishings to the nice amenities, candles, new bed linen, comfortable pillows, extra blankets - every aspect speaks sophistication. The spacious living area provided the perfect setting for relaxation, watching movies, reading and socializing, while kitchen had everything you might need. Nice little details like variety of teas, coffee capsules, chocolate, fruit, wine and even little souvenirs for Xmas - we were really happy with the hospitality. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the terrace that offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain and forest landscape. The bedroom was very cosy and comfortable, with plush bedding and view to the second balcony. The cleanliness of the entire property was exceptional. If you're looking for a getaway that combines elegance, comfort, great service and unparalleled views, I wholeheartedly recommend this Apartment for your next escape.

Uniquely designed, spacious, clean and comfortable beds and space - absolute lux! The view of the mountains is breathtaking , esp at night when the moon lights their smooth outline against the horizon - you get a perfect view of it from the living room ..just gorgeous. Watching sunrise from the villa is also incredible. This place is built by western standards - it’ll make you wish it was your own home! Sauna is a big bonus!

Everything was as described with the photos. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable. The owner and manager of the house were very professional and ready to help with any issues.

Even though the main heating system was not working at the arrival, the host reacted promptly and secured alternative heating bodies, took the necessary steps to fix the issue and remained available for us. The house has all necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. Location is pieceful. Would recommend.

Overall, an amazing stay. When I contacted the property manager, she said the photos don't do the place justice - and she was absolutely right. Person met us at the property, gave us the key and a rundown of everything in the place (although there are so many amenities that you always have more questions). Vastly spacious living room and a HUGE backyard allow you do whatever you see fit as a group. Comfortable rooms (some with private balcony), any items you might need be it for the SPA or otherwise. Unrealistically stacked kitchen - we had a generous BBQ (which the house also has) and the amount of cooking/serving appliances available are honestly mind boggling. 24/7 hot pool (not a tub), sauna, steam room, sunbeds, massive speaker, well kept garden with trimmed bushes and beautiful flowers, bidet, having their own brand of products (shampoo, towels, etc.) - honestly, it's too much to list here. All the little details you might or might not have thought of are covered (e.g. chains running from the gutters to create a path for the water). Really give the word "luxury" a meaning The host replied to any of my follow up messages within minutes. Highly recommend staying here. My only reservation in writing this is that availability will go down for when I want to visit again.
