The Host (Ricky) will go out of his way to make you as comfortable as possible. The location is great, about a 15 minute walk to the square and is also situated next to the lookout trail. highly recommend staying here and being part of the growth of this place.

Ricky is hands down the best host I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome and at home. The facilities are excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The shower had reliably hot water (a big plus!), and both breakfast and dinner were delicious and satisfying every day. You can feel the care and love Ricky puts into everything he does. His two friendly dogs and super cuddly cat made the place feel even more like home. I can’t recommend staying here enough—thank you for everything, Ricky!

Ecolodge Casa del Montañista asub Estadio Rosas Pampa staadionist 4,9 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on restoran, aed, ühine puhkeruum ja terrass. WiFi-ühendus on tasuta. We loved that the Ecolodge was out of the city of Huaraz & that all we could hear was the sound of the river. We loved the room & the hammocks in the chill area in the garden. We also loved hanging out with the dogs, the cat & the chicken 😃. The breakfast was great & the family was super friendly & helpful. Walking us to the lodge in the dark & even coming with us into town at 4.30am to make sure we got the right bus for our hike to Laguna 69.

Staff were very considerate with allergies and super helpful with transport and giving recommendations. The place is magical with amazing location close to hikes, warm and comfy beds and cute alpacas.

The bedrooms are so beautiful, comfortable, and clean The owner is so pleasant, generous, welcoming, and kind. We loved her! I highly recommend this place.

The owners have done a fantastic job of integrating their lodge into the local environment and economy. The staff were all fantastic-especially the women working the kitchen-meals were superb made with fresh grown crops from the green houses onsite. Wayne was a wealth of information and a pleasure to talk with after a day in the mountains. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The views from the hotel are amazing, you feel hugged by the mountains. I booked a short stay to relax before going to a conference. I also booked massages and Reiki. Truly a relaxing experience and I would definitely go back.
