Our balcony private double room was a good size, nice views over town, warm comfortable bed and good hot shower with pressure. Ricky is a terrific host, smiling, happy and wanting to ensure you have the best experience possible. He helped with taxis and tours and was always willing to chat or help with anything. This isn’t 5 star- it is authentic, local guy making a lovely hostel for guests to enjoy.

Ricky is hands down the best host I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome and at home. The facilities are excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The shower had reliably hot water (a big plus!), and both breakfast and dinner were delicious and satisfying every day. You can feel the care and love Ricky puts into everything he does. His two friendly dogs and super cuddly cat made the place feel even more like home. I can’t recommend staying here enough—thank you for everything, Ricky!

Estadio Rosas Pampa noktasına 4,9 km mesafede yer alan Ecolodge Casa del Montañista tesisi restoran, bahçe, ortak oturma alanı ve teras olanaklarına sahip bir konaklama imkanı sunar. We loved that the Ecolodge was out of the city of Huaraz & that all we could hear was the sound of the river. We loved the room & the hammocks in the chill area in the garden. We also loved hanging out with the dogs, the cat & the chicken 😃. The breakfast was great & the family was super friendly & helpful. Walking us to the lodge in the dark & even coming with us into town at 4.30am to make sure we got the right bus for our hike to Laguna 69.

Huaraz'a 7 km, deniz seviyesinden 3.650 metre yükseklikte yer alan Lazy Dog Inn, güneşlenme terasıyla hizmet veren dağ manzaralı bir tesistir. The Lazy Dog inn is a wonderfully run eco lodge above Huarez and very close to many wonderful hikes. The owners have done a fantastic job of integrating their lodge into the local environment and economy. The staff were all fantastic-especially the women working the kitchen-meals were superb made with fresh grown crops from the green houses onsite. Wayne was a wealth of information and a pleasure to talk with after a day in the mountains. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The views from the hotel are amazing, you feel hugged by the mountains. I booked a short stay to relax before going to a conference. I also booked massages and Reiki. Truly a relaxing experience and I would definitely go back.
