It was absolutely beautiful and I had an amazing time. It rained when I was there so I couldn’t use the balcony but the views were amazing nonetheless and they had little bows in the toilet roll which I thought was really cute

Situated in Funchal, 800 metres from Almirante Reis Beach, Good Memories Lodge features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and express check-in and check-out. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and cosy. It was very comfortable, clean and felt spacious. The location was very ideal for us and felt very central. We had a well-equipped kitchen in our apartment with a stove, microwave, full fridge, tea and coffee facilities etc. which was nice to have access to. The bathroom was modern and clean and had a heated drying wall rack. The apartment had ample space, and had everything we needed for our stay. César was so wonderful and provided great communication especially with the self check-in process (keyless), as well as providing suggestions for our stay and organising our arrival transfer. Erica was also great in arranging our departure transfer! Thank you to the wonderful team for your kind hospitality and for having us!

The staff was very responsive and collaborative. They helped us organize a very special occasion in their facility. Love from Palestine to every one of you!

Situated in São Vicente and only 16 km from Santana's Traditional Houses, Casa dos Lamaceiros features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Fantastic location with a great view over the valley. Superfriendly host who made us feel very welcome. Well-equipped house, very clean and comfortable. Furthermore there is a levada next to the house that you can follow for a lovely hike. We didn't see a single person there which made it the best hike of Madeira for us!

Set in Ponta do Sol and only 700 metres from Lugar de Baixo Beach, Tabua Lodge offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Location was excellent for our needs, away from any crowds and in a peaceful area but within a reasonable and pleasant walk along the promenade to local town with good restaurants and bars. The space and facilities within the property were excellent, kitchen had everything we could possibly need, bed extremely comfortable and a really good and luxurious shower and separate bath. The pool and outdoor spaces were perfect with sun on the property for the majority of the day until early evening. The entire place was really clean and attractive and well kept gardens an added bonus. Our host, Richard, was extremely helpful and approachable and responded to any queries promptly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again should we return to Madeira.

Mountain Chalet by Lavibes is a recently renovated chalet in São Vicente, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. Such a beautiful location!! Pictures don’t do it justice. Easy self check in, clean and very nicely decorated.

Very stylish interior and exterior. Quiet, great privacy. Wonderful garden with flowers and tropical fruits, and ocean view with sunset. Great, responsive host.
