Food is homemade and delicious, cooked by professional chef. Place has only 4 chalets, which are tastefully decorated, very big in size and extremely comfortable. We chose this lodge because of its convenient location on the route from the Atlantic coast to Etosha. Along the way, we also had time to visit Spitzkoppe. Even before our arrival, I could tell we were in for a special experience: the owner was in touch with us regularly, asking in advance about the group’s meal preferences and helping coordinate our arrival. The property is a truly beautiful oasis, almost like a botanical garden. It features not only a pool and charming bungalows, but also a unique lounge with a balcony overlooking a waterhole, where you can watch wildlife up close. The lodge also has its own beautifully decorated restaurant with delicious food.

Convenient location with friendly staff. Room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. We were originally assigned a room that wouldn't work for us and the staff quickly realized this and altered the room selection to match what we needed. Breakfast was amazing and there were lots of options including lots of fruit. Owner was real fun to talk to when we met her the next morning.
