You can cook easy meals in the outdoor kitchen and enjoy them at the veranda. We had the pool mostly to ourselves. Nadia was very helpful and responsive.

Very nice and fully equipped apartment. Peaceful and quiet and close to the beach. The owners were super friendly and helped us with all requests. We also booked the canoe tour and the day walk tour with the location and had a great time. We highly recommend it.

Casa Chilamates is a lovely house set amongst the nature of Tortuguero where you can enjoy the beauty of the natural surroundings full of wildlife. Rodrigo and his wife are perfect, friendly hosts. They live in the neighbouring property and are easy to communicate with at all times. Set on the edge of the village right next to the national park. We saw several monkeys and wildlife from the terrace. We booked excellent trips with Rodrigo who runs the Trips Navitos guided tours. Local guide Gabriel met us at the house for each trip and was an enthusiastic guide throughout our stay. Tortuguera was our favourite stay in Cost Rica and Rodrigo made our trip so memorable. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in town so didn't need to use the kitchen facilities. A place to make great memories.

We enjoyed our stay at Los Delfines Lodge very much! Miguel and Marta are great hosts. They are extremely helpful, supported us, even washed and dried our cloth and drove us with their car. The house has a beautiful garden and a nice kitchen. We definitely recommend Los Delfines Lodge and would come again.

It’s quiet, close to but on the outskirts of town right next to the national park. The animals basically come to you in the yard/trees…you can sit in a hammock. I love the design of this place! It’s designed for full outdoor opener experience, but you can close all the sliding doors shut at night. Amazing design. And full outdoor immersion experience but you really feel calm and immersed in nature. Absolutely loved it. And Monica, the host was a delight, and very helpful too :)

We had an amazing stay in Tortuguero at Raquel’s property! She was incredibly kind and welcoming — she even picked us up from the Roots office, which was such a nice gesture and made our arrival super easy. We were lucky to be among the first guests, and everything in the house felt brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. The setup was perfect for our group of 8, as we were able to enjoy both houses while sharing the garden and the patio. The space is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Tortuguero, and the attention to detail really made a difference. We recommend this place!
