This place is just outstanding. Everything is so tastefully done,fresh linen every day which was lovely to come back to. The host just couldn't do enough for us to make us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and anything we requested or needed was on the table the next day. We will definitely come back and stay as it was just perfect in every way.

Everything was excellent. The friendly staff, the fantastic dinner where you meet people from all over the world. Lot's of top class local food and almost "unlimited" wine supply from the house was included in the dinner package that you should not miss. Superb! The pool area was very nice and relaxing. You could also take long walks in the wine yards with fantastic views over the Douro valley. The room was very nice. Fantastic old style but gently renovated.

We were looking for a hotel to celebrate our first anniversary, and it was important for us to find a pet-friendly place. We came across this hotel and immediately loved how it looked in the photos. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised — everything was even more beautiful, stylish, and authentic than we had imagined. We were so impressed by the quality: the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, the bed linens were luxurious, everything felt like a true five-star experience. The towels were large and fluffy, and there were cozy blankets thoughtfully placed for guests to wrap themselves up while enjoying the balcony. They even provided sun hats for strolls through the vineyards — such attention to detail made everything feel so special. Waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning was pure magic. It brought back nostalgic memories of childhood visits to our grandmother’s house in the countryside — so peaceful and heartwarming. One of the highlights of our stay was the authentic family dining room. Leonor shared a bit of its history with us, showing us portraits of her grandparents who once owned this quinta. It felt like such an honor to have breakfast in that room, gathered around one big table with other guests, like one big family — it was truly a unique and lovely experience. We left feeling completely recharged, having explored the beautiful surrounding areas as well. Leonor even sent us a thoughtfully prepared PDF with recommendations for sightseeing, lunch, dinner, and some local history, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We are incredibly grateful for this experience — it was everything we hoped for and more!

Hotelli sijaitsee pienessä kylässä vuoden rinteellä keskellä kaunista viininviljelysmaisemaa. Illallis- ja aamiaisravistolasta oli ihanat näkymät rinteille ja Douro-joelle. Etenkin auringoslaskun seuraaminen oli todella kaunista. Sekä aamiainen että illallinen olivat herkullisia ja monipuolisia ja kaikki tilat olivat siistejä. Lämpimällä ilmalla oli ihanaa pulahtaa hotellin uima-altaaseen. Hotellin omistaja oli erittäin ystävällinen. Olisimme viihtyneet pidempäänkin kuin vain yhden yön. Vahva suositus!
