The host, Heng, is extremely helpful and friendly. He made sure we had what we needed all the time. He welcomed us back from our daily excursions with cold towels, fresh fruit and coffee. The location is perfect as it’s close to areas to walk (ie pub street, the museum, lots of restaurants) but tucked away in a quiet monk neighbourhood.

Bonjour! Very beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Room was comfortable, and full buffet breakfast. Will come back to stay here next year. I just recommended to everyone.

I really enjoyed everything about my stay! The room had a very comfortable bed, excellent WiFi connection, and powerful air conditioning. The cleanliness was outstanding throughout my entire visit. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. They offered me access to their spa room before check-in and after check-out since my arrival and departure times were very early in the morning and late at night. This was very helpful after a long journey. I loved the room extras - they gave me Khmer desserts, fresh fruits, water, clean towels, and even mosquito spray which was very helpful. The location was great and they let me use bicycles for free to get around the city, which made my trip more fun. There were many good restaurants and cafes nearby. Considering everything they offered, the value was exceptional - I would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect and better than I expected!

This is a really nice hotel! Dont be intimidated if you are an english speaker and can’t read the name of the hotel on the booking.com website. It’s Bavet-Mocbai Hotel. The staff and managers went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful stay. Special thank you to Chris and Ruos Oly for their excellent service! I was having a tough day when I arrived. I was waiting on a evisa to cross the border and it didn’t process on time, so I had to stay near the border overnight. Chris sent some lovely fruit to my room after I checked in which was very kind and thoughtful. They also helped me get to the bus station in the morning after my visa came through so I could get to Ho Chi Minh City on schedule. Their care and attention to detail was really extraordinary! The room I stayed in was beautiful! It was large, well decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! So comfortable, it was hard to get out of bed in the morning. The room lighting was perfect with lots of options to adjust. Spacious bathroom with all the things I might need. There was a desk area, small fridge and other refreshments available. After my stressful day, the staff helped turn my day around. I appreciate their kindness! It was a lovely stay, I highly recommend the Bavet-Mocbai Hotel.

It was perfect. A bit outside the city but that's exactly what we were looking for. The staff was very available and arranged everything we needed. Breakfast was also very good. The room was very spacious and clean.

I had a great stay. It is incredibly beautiful, and the staff is amazing. it's immaculately clean. The pool is included with the stay, which is a nice treat. they made my stay fantastic.
