Beautiful hotel, nice decoration, smells nice, great wifi, nice winning pool and beach. Great selection of lounge music plays. Very nice and cozy gym outdoor. Staffs are super nice and welcoming. From reception to bars. I will be back for sure.

The owner/host and staff were so friendly! Excellent customer service. My husband and I stayed here for a few days to celebrate my birthday and our wedding anniversary. My husband, the host, and the staff surprised me with cake, candles, and music (birthday song on speakers) on the night of my birthday (my husband bought the cake and candles from a nearby bakery, they refrigerated it, lit the candle, brought it out to me with music). It was so nice! We were able to stay with our small dog, who the staff loved and gave so much attention to him (pets, cuddles, and water). Our stay included breakfast, which was great and filling (eggs, cereal, toast, yogurt, fruits, pastries, coffee/tea). They have a bar so you can order drinks at any time. The room was fine and comfortable and included AC. We had a balcony with a drying rack. The beach is easily accessible (less than 5 minute walk). It includes the private beach area for hotels with beach/lounge chairs and umbrella). You are assigned the seating during check-in. For the price, the location, breakfast, and dog accommodation were great!

We arrived in the early hours of the morning, straight from the airport. The gentleman at the desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was a splendid breakfast with superb coffee.

Base Hotel includes modern rooms, free WiFi, plus a gym and wellness center. The hotel is close to the A4 motorway exit in Noventa di Piave.
