Such a cozy cabin in the woods, away from the city and light pollution. We had the chance to see the northern lights on both nights that we stayed there.

This tent's standout feature is the fireplace. This tent has a shared bathroom, a barbecue and mountain views. The unit has 1 bed. Awesomeness in a small package. It was very exciting for us to experience a Yurt in Finland, as "Yurt" has it's roots in old Turkish - meaning "Home". Although the weather was cold, the Yurt itself was pleasantly warm. Everything looks very basic at first glance. However it proves to be very sufficient and even very refreshing so that it is just perfect. Gigi is a very kind and helpful person. Gigi recommended an app for the northern lights. However we were a bit unlucky and the weather did not allow us to see the northern lights. She offered us free Marshmellows as a compensation, which was very sweet. We will be back next year and stay again at Yurt District and this time we will bring a little surprise with us from Türkiye for Gigi. Thank you for everything 💙

Features a glass bedroom, toilet and bed linen. Lake Inari Mobile Cabins offer glass bedrooms allowing guests impressive views of the arctic surroundings and if lucky enough, the Northern Lights. The house was very nice and it was very quiet on the lake at night. It was a very strange experience. The host was very welcoming, responded to all messages promptly, picked us up and dropped us off in the car, booked a delicious dinner by the stove, and experienced the sauna. We needed to leave by bus at 7am, the host pulled the hut back to the station early and cooked us a delicious breakfast, thank you very much. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we did not see the aurora. It will come again next time.

Very comfortable beds, very nice owner with an unique interior design and social meeting concept of the customers. . The igloo was spotless, The staff were incredibly friendly, in particular Ioanna and Aimilia from Greece. All these made our stay fantastic. Dinner, breakfast and sauna were top. We would stay here again.
