It's a perfect place to have some rest,surrounded by the rice fields and run by a lovely family. I spent a great time with them and ate a delicious dinner that they prepared. You can see that the owner put his heart to decorate this place and that he loves having guests.I can highly recommend it.

It was such a revelation after we had the busy streets of jakarta. Ari and Uiung are fantastic hosts, and speak good English. Together with Ibu and their other friends, they can give you a true local jungle experience, with local food, great views, and fresh fruit and spices straight from the plants and trees. We loved every bit of it. In hindsight, we probably should've stayed a bit longer than only the 2 nights we did. As you would expect, it is simplistic, but that is also the appeal. They build these houses themselves, showers, and kitchen themselves! It is a great opportunity to really connect with locals in a non-touristy area. Cianjur is easily reachable through shuttle buses from Jakarta, Bandung and Bogor, bookable through Traveloka.

Gorgeous, awesome, beautiful place with amazing ambience and scenery. Completed by the friendly staff and team, they are very sweet and helpful. We arrived almost in the middle of the night, but Alif was waiting for us patiently to welcome us with a warm smile and his sincere hospitality. He also joined us chit chat and gave us a lot of information about his place and tips for our trip to Bromo. With full effort, he provides us with a hot drink, fire bracket and anything we need even though it's already late nite. And he also gives us watermelon too ! Thank you Alif and team... you've given us a memorable time for our short stay... For sure we'll recommend this place to our colleagues who plan to go to Bromo.

The place is very well maintained and has a very nice view. On top of that, the staff are very helpful and kind. It was very easy to arrange anything you want, from going to the city, renting motorbike and bbq. The bbq you don’t have to buy any meat as it will be prepared.

MareCoves Resort & Glamping has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Cilangkahan. Boasting a concierge service, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. If I could rate the place 6 stars out of 5, I would. Words fall short to describe what an amazing long weekend my fiance and I had at the Marecoves Glamping Resort! I cannot recommend the place highly enough, especially for us city dwellers in Jakarta who are looking for just the right nature escape without going to Bali and getting exhausted. No big crowds, great food and fresh drinks (the menu and customized special requests), very hospitable staff and owner, and wonderful cozy rooms. I am a vegetarian and my every request was fulfilled by the very qualified kitchen staff as well. The difficult drive that it was to get there, given the narrow roads, was offset by the friendliness of the staff and natural comfort the place had to offer. Marecoves has wonderfully integrated hotel comfort with natural beauty which is why you get the best of both worlds. You get to hear and sleep to the sounds of the waves crashing onto the beach, wind breezing past you, trees rustling above your glamp, phones off, just stare into the horizon appreciating the nature we dont get to see much in Jakarta. For those looking for a very cozy nature escape, Marecoves is your next stop!
