United StatesStaff was amazing. There was a train strike, while we were in Italy and the staff went above and beyond to help us get to Florence. They also let us drop our bags early and gave recommendations for food. Location was perfect. The air conditioner was great in the middle of summer. Would stay here again.

CanadaThe room is tastefully designed and decorated. Location is extremely convenience, I walked to all my destinations within 10 mins! And my son love the Repubblica plaza downstairs. I love the little terrace, where I enjoyed my coffee every morning. Also the cafes around the plaza are great especially the one right at the front door.
