Only a 2-minute walk from JR Takayama Station, K's House Takayama Oasis offers free WiFi throughout the property. The beds were really comfortable. I also enjoyed the capsule style rooms. It felt quite private with the curtain closed. After a chilly day outside, the hostel itself was an all around cozy place to come back to. It also had a really convenient location near the station, a convenience store, and some restaurants.

Sakura Guest House is a 10-minute walk from Hida Takayama-mura Folk Village, and offers private and dormitory rooms with free Wi-Fi and shared bathrooms. The guesthouse is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Although it's a bit far from the station, it's near Hida Fork village and the host provides a shuttle bus to the station every morning. The room is spacious and clean as well. The view from the room was beautiful. I had a great time there. Thank you very much!

The place is really good, and the onsen is very nice, The staff is very nice and helpful, There is not a close bus station but they provide shuttle to takayama station, We really enjoyed our stay!
