Located in Kurashiki and with Mizushima Ryokuchi Fukuda Park reachable within 16 km, DENIM HOSTEL float provides a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar. The greatest stay of my trip this time. Great view, privacy, nice breakfast, close to bus station, really great experience in everything.

Located in Tamano, Machicado features a garden, shared lounge, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. Only problem was I thought it was on the art island. Otherwise great stay

Hibari House Guest house is located a 10-minute drive from Okayama Station, from where guests can reach Hiroshima Station in 40 minutes by train and Shin-Osaka Station in 50 minutes. Tot i ser una mica lluny de l'estació i a mig camí entre aquesta i el castell i el jardí, té un carrer cobert amb vida i el tramvia proper. És utilitzat per gent de treball i gent que fa treball digital. El bar de sota (mateixa companyia) és un bon lloc pel que vaig veure (sense ser-hi client, només a l'hora de fer el check-in).

Only 500 metres from JR Okayama Station’s west exit, Kamp Houkan-cho Backpacker's Inn & Lounge’s features a café with a live stage for DJs and other artists. Great vibe and decor In Bar area. Lovely staff. Super good. Very clean tatami mat room- huge and a lot of light . We stayed in largest room. Easily slept 4

Located in Tamano, 24 km from Sogenji Temple, Kikusui Ryokan provides air-conditioned rooms and a garden. Very cozy place and good facilities.

Set in Maniwa, within 22 km of Shoka Museum Ikegamitei and 23 km of Bukeyashiki Kyu Oriike Kyu Haibarake, 北房まちの駅 AZAE ドリトミー azae offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the... Mr Sakamoto was a wonderful host! He does his job well as local town tourist information manager. He welcomed us, gave us some maps and answered our questions. It’s a converted Japanese house, not a hotel. We stayed in the cheaper dormitory part of the property. It was adequate. In the dormitory side the two rooms are upstairs and the toilet and small shower are downstairs. The toilets were clean and the kitchenette area under the stairs was adequate for simple dinner and breakfast we had. The local supermarket is a short distance away by car and open 9a-9p. Plenty of selection available. We enjoyed a morning walk along the lovely little river and through the town and countryside. The firefly park and pavilion were a short drive away but they were interesting to see. We’d love to go back in the spring during cherry blossom season and in early June for the firefly season. The stars were beautiful since there’s little light pollution!
