Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat für uns sogar div. Anrufe gemacht bzw. für uns Sachen organisiert. Sie geben sich sehr Mühe für das wohl des Kunden! Das Essen war auch sehr fein. Das Ambiente im Zimmer und Ausblick auf das Meer war genial!

Die Unterkunft Machicado, die in Tamano gelegen ist, verfügt über einen Garten, eine Gemeinschaftslounge, eine Bar und kostenloses WLAN in der ganzen Unterkunft. Cozy place in a good location near the port. We stayed as a base to see Naoshima and Teshima. Staff was helpful and everything was clean and comfortable.

Das Hibari House Guest house liegt 10 Fahrminuten vom Bahnhof Okayama entfernt. Den Bahnhof Hiroshima erreichen Sie mit dem Zug nach 40 Minuten und den Bahnhof Shin-Osaka nach 50 Minuten. Great clean and friendly hostel above a bar in the main strip area. Good access to everything. Dryers and shower were super nice.

Nur 500 m vom Westausgang des JR-Bahnhof Okayama entfernt begrüßt Sie das Kamp Houkan-cho Backpacker Inn & Lounge und bietet eine Café mit Live-Bühne für DJs und andere Künstler. Cooking tools and kitchen availavle. Reasonable and comfortable bed/room.

Die Unterkunft Kikusui Ryokan, die in Tamano, 24 km von Sogenji Temple entfernt gelegen ist, bietet klimatisierte Zimmer und einen Garten. Ein sehr schönes Zimmer und keine Probleme beim Check in. Wunderbarer Aufenthalt und guter Startpunkt für Naoshima.

Weniger als 22 km von Shoka Museum Ikegamitei und 23 km von Bukeyashiki Kyu Oriike Kyu Haibarake entfernt in Maniwa gelegen, bietet die Unterkunft 北房まちの駅 AZAE ドリトミー azae Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit... Mr Sakamoto was a wonderful host! He does his job well as local town tourist information manager. He welcomed us, gave us some maps and answered our questions. It’s a converted Japanese house, not a hotel. We stayed in the cheaper dormitory part of the property. It was adequate. In the dormitory side the two rooms are upstairs and the toilet and small shower are downstairs. The toilets were clean and the kitchenette area under the stairs was adequate for simple dinner and breakfast we had. The local supermarket is a short distance away by car and open 9a-9p. Plenty of selection available. We enjoyed a morning walk along the lovely little river and through the town and countryside. The firefly park and pavilion were a short drive away but they were interesting to see. We’d love to go back in the spring during cherry blossom season and in early June for the firefly season. The stars were beautiful since there’s little light pollution!
