The host was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, ensuring that we had everything we needed. This has been one of my favorite BnBs in Japan during my 10 years of travel experience. Our family had an excellent time, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

We got a room with its own toilet and bathroom for a great price. Traditional tatami style room makes it feel very humble and homely. The staff was very friendly and accommodating - they drove us to the station very early in the morning.

The accommodation has a cozy home-like atmosphere, the host is very nice and welcoming. Would recommend to those who prefers homestays with a personal touch over large hostels. The facilities are also clean and the bed is very comfortable. It is only a few minutes walk from the lake side and the hikone castle.

The environment is very comfort, offer everything you need, and the holder is so kind and helpful, I’ll choose here again if I came back to Takashima!

The place is really safe because it always locked 24hrs And I really enjoyed it like my hometown . will come again when I visit outside of city kyoto
