Partenope is in the center of Angra, near the botanical garden. The parking space is very close and it's cheap. Taxi od near as the bus stop. Restaurants and cafes are near as well as shops. It's a quiet establishment and honestly I can't in the evening and went around in the morning, My bunk bed was spacious and pleasant. Breakfast is basic; bread, cheese and ham, yogurt, juice, coffee, honey, Nutella, some sweets and fruits as well. Enough to start the day. The kitchen is spacious and has everything for a quick snack. It was pleasant to chat with the owner of the establishment as well. If you're looking for a place to end the day and start fresh, this is the place.

Friendly host. We had the whole accommodation to ourselves. Cosy room with balcony. Good pillows and mattress 10/10

I stayed for 1 night in a private room and it was all very good. I would return without hesitation!

The hostel was in a cracking location above a superb cafe and near a supermarket. We were very comfortable and the shared kitchen was really useful. Would recommend.

It is ideally located in Angra do Heroismo which is a stunning town. Monte Brasil is a fabtastic trail hike and close to the town. Sheila was very helpful on checkin with lots of tips of places to visit. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Hostel da Palmeira! Everything was amazing. We stayed in a private room with private bathroom and it was very clean and very well equipped. The staff is incredibly friendly and super helpful and they have an easy to follow late check-in process which is great. Overall very good place to stay for a great value with a simple breakfast included. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The owners and staff were friendly, extremely helpful with tips and arranging reservations for a guided tour in town. Their care for you as a guest starts even before you arrive by sending thorough, useful information on how to get to the house and where to park (we would have been lost otherwise, as our plane was quite late and we were sleeping on our feet by the time we got on the road). The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean (and I'm quite nitpicky regarding cleanliness). The breakfast was lovely, genuinely local if, like everywhere in Portugal, a bit skewed towards the sweet (nowhere else have I seen yogurt served sweetened). I truly hope to get back to Angra one day just to stay here again.

Globo Happy Hostel in Angra do Heroísmo features a terrace and a shared lounge. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and in-house parking is provided. Perfect location in the center for a good price. Everything clean, comfortable and large common areas. Bathroom right in the dorm room. Very helpful host with various restaurant tips and ready to answer any other questions. I was satisfied with the room, but it will be a bit cramped when fully occupied.
