A Fully furnished luxury 3 BR apartment & third room without partition in the heart of Dubai in downtown besides Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall, with Fountain view offering a covered allocated parking space for 1 vehicle, free WIFI, Shared Gym, Shared pool and a 24HR guest relation at your service.
It has a size of 137 sqm in a high-rise community that includes 3 bedrooms with on suite washroom, a living room with 55inch smart TV, a dining room, guest washroom and a fully equipped closed kitchen.
