The apartment is big. Fully facilitated. The bed is comfortable. The location is great - 5 minutes walk from Gran Via and the staff is great. Very helpful and available all the time.

Liked the Central Location of the Apartment as it's 75 meters from a metro station and 400ft from Plaza Espana, it's pretty close to dinning and turist locations like Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel 8 Minutes away. the Gran Via, Eveything is in proximity and or close via Metro, would recommend to arrive via Metro to plaza Espana and then go to the Hotel, is easier than arriving in Car, Madrid has ZBE $$$ Expensive tickets. amazing place to stay.

The host was onsite when we arrived and getting into the apartment was easy and pleasant. He was extremely helpful; sending maps, and offering and bringing extra bedsheets and blankets. The location of the apartment is excellent in terms of being easy walking distance to all parts of central Madrid and having all imaginable amenities nearby. Access to the apartment was relatively easy; with only three stairs to carry our baby stroller over coming and going. The elevators are small but can fit a stroller and parent, or bags, etc. The kitchen was reasonably equipped, and the entire apartment clean and tidy. There are individual heaters in each room which are well-able to maintain a comfortable space. Checking out was as easy as arriving, and there was an opportunity to store luggage for some time afterwards, which we did not require.

Clean, spacious, modern, comfortable and the location is excellent! All the amenities you might need are included. Walking distance to metros, restaurants, supermarkets and historic sites like Palacio Real is 10 minutes walking from the apartment. We felt very safe in the apartment. Nicolas, the manager of the apartment was very professional, friendly and available when needed. The limo service they suggested was also on time at the airport to pick us up on our arrival from USA, very professional and courteous. We recommend the Palacio Apartments and when we return to Madrid, we’ll try to stay if available at the time.

Very good location in the centre. 5 min to the royal castle, 7-8 min to Piazza del Sol. Yet at the same time it was in a quiet street away from the city noise. Supermarket nearby and lots of cafes and restaurants. Comfortable main bed, big wardrobe, AC in both rooms. Friendly host.

The location was absolutely amazing - most of the attractions are within 30 minutes on foot. Many cafes and restaurants around with good food. Great supermarket just a few minutes away. The apartment is equipped with everything you need during your stay. Spacious for two people, no problem to unpack 2 big suitcases. A huge TV but only Spanish channels. The bed and pillows were comfortable but maybe soft for someone. Shower cream and shampoo in big bottles. Cleaning products and detergent were available. Plenty of hooks for the towels. Check-in was smooth, everything was explained. Nikolay came as well and was happy to advise the best excursions and restaurants. Two small elevators in the building.
