The charming Authentic Luxury Rooms enjoys a prime location in the old town of Split, only a 3-minute walk to the UNESCO-protected Diocletian's Palace, popular sandy beach Bacvice, which has the Blue Flag. Authentic Luxury Rooms is also 984 feet from the ferry port and the main bus-and railway station. All rooms are spacious, air-conditioned and provide a flat-screen TV and a massage shower. The property is housed in 2 UNESCO-protected buildings over 300 years old, approximately 492 feet apart. During the complete renovation in 2007 the original stone walls were kept on the outside and the inside, creating a unique and historical atmosphere.

Authentic is an original Dalmatian Stone House built in the 17th century in the old town of Split. Located in a small quiet street in a nice neighbourhood with a local cafe and a local food restaurant.

Authentic is set in the old-town in a quiet nice area just between the Diocletian Palace and the most popular sandy beach Bacvice. Locals live around Authentic and the nice and quiet boutique cafe makes this place perfect. 3 local restaurants offer local cuisine & Breakast.
