I had to do an early check-in and informed them in advance. When I walked in at around 12-13:00, staff accommodated me immediately and I got upgraded a room by being a member. I was able to check-in easily greeted by a welcome message on the tv when I came in my room, and the location is amazing!

The location was perfect. Close to the marina restaurant area and shopping. Easy walking everywhere. The room was lovely. Very impressed when we opened the door. The bed was really comfortable and loved the little balconies over the street. The breakfast was so tasty and well thought out.

I was very enjoyed to stay here. Well designed and equipped room with cutlery, microwave, kettle and fridge. I even had a room with a view to Sky Tower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location.
