The breakfast was fine but there were a lot of people who either weren’t eating and taking up the tables or others who were finished and lingered at the tables leaving few places to sit. We ended up eating our breakfast in our room.

This hotel is great if you will spend no time in your room, but will work in the common space or want to hold meetings. The room itself was comically small, but the common space was on the 2nd floor and was like being in a WeWork or similar co-working space. There was a coffee bar, lots of places to sit (arm chairs, tables, even small conference rooms - although curtained off, not walls). It was also very stylish.
