The room was much bigger than we were expecting and the hotel bar and lobby and the design of the rooms were all very modern and sophisticated. Would absolutely recommend.

We went there around Xmas period so everything was decorated beautifully. Our room does not have a bath tub but was alright. This hotel is at the heart of Strasbourg, which means it is easy to get around the area. Lots of shops, restaurants etc.

It offers a courtyard, free WiFi and air-conditioned guest rooms with Louis XV-inspired furniture and satellite TV.... Excellent and warm service from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff. We could not find our way to the hotel (the hotel did send us very specific instructions before hand) but we didn’t take note of it - really our fault not the hotel. They were very helpful in resolving the issue and had no problem the following day. I would like to thank Sebastián for all his assistance as well as for the other front desk staff. Great restaurant recommendations too. 😃 We highly recommend this hotel!
