San Montano Resort & SPA features a natural sauna,11 out-door thermal pools, an in-door pool, a wellness centre, gyms, a garden and free WiFi. We had a wonderful stay! The property was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could have hoped for in a 5-star hotel. The staff went above and beyond—helping us with restaurant reservations, organizing transportation, and even offering to book a driver for Naples. The food at the on-site restaurants was outstanding. We truly can’t wait to return!

Just a 3-minute walk to the nearest beach, Albergo La Reginella offers a host of wellness and sports facilities. Super relaxing! Quality tourists! Extremely helpful staff!

The house itself is beautiful, spacious, well-kept, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The garden was especially beautiful, a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The location couldn’t be better, just a very short walk to the beach and Poseidon thermal park, with plenty of restaurants nearby offering a wide range of choices. It was also very easy to get around thanks to convenient bus connections to many points of the island. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful, always quick to answer messages and questions and making sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. It was an excellent experience and I would happily return!

The breakfast was incredible. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The property is stunning and doesn’t feel as commercialized as other locations on the island. This felt like a 5-star resort run by warm, family friends.

Wonderfull hospitality, kid-friendly, and they speak English. One of the challenges in Ischia is that staff doesn't speak English. The owner is super kind, helpful, and offered us rides. If you're looking for a farm/hotel experience, it's very charming. Air conditioning is great in the room. Beds were comfortable. I've stayed in many hotels in Ischia, and often times the beds move and I fall in the cracks between. Fresh figs, beautiful sweet-smelling plants and trees around. Guests were also super nice. I've also stayed at other places where guests don't talk to you, but here they also were so kind. Breakfast is lovely. Fresh eggs from the hens that roam the property. This is not a commercial property so if that's what you're looking for, something more like a family stay, this is a wonderful place.

Regina Isabella-Resort Spa Restaurant is on the site of ancient Greek-Roman ruins, directly on the seashore in Ischia's Lacco Ameno. Amazing location, the beach is amazing and the stuff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is incredible :)
