The hospitality of the owners was truly heartwarming, they made me feel at home the moment I arrived. Their warmth, combined with the delicious food they served, added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. I highly recommend Natural View Resort to anyone planning a trip to Nuwara Eliya and I can confidently say I’ll be returning on my next visit. Tip: For exploring the area, I strongly suggest asking the owner to be your driver and guide. You’ll see more of Nuwara Eliya at a fair price and with much more trust and ease.

We lived everything about the property. It was a ten out of ten experience. The staff were so helpful and nice and the property was very well cleaned. It smelled so nice! They made us breakfast at which tasted exceptional. Overall we had a very nice time at Ulugala Resort and would definitely recommend to anyone around the area.

Clean, spacious beautifully presented resort. King sized bed and movies to watch on the large screen. The food was excellent (don’t miss the Kithul honey and curd dessert!). Just what we needed at the end of Stage 3 of the Pekoe Trail, and this is right on the trail.

Do not assume this is a luxury hotel. A lot is missing for what many people expect. HOWEVER if you like to experience and see Sri Lanka in its absolutely glorious untouched and natural state then this is possibly the only place you should visit. Despite giving it a very average score for facilities and luxuries the staff, the experience and the location make up for it in spades. Come here before Sri Lanka is subjected to the mass tourism that’s in the pipeline. The food is also authentic, plentiful and extremely tasty.
