To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaThe only issue I had was water leaked from my shower because the door doesn't line up. Otherwise I would have given this place a 10. Glad the place has a coffee machine downstairs because no cafe nearby was open on Sunday.
Newly renovated, included with all the amenities. Appreciated the dental kits, slippers and bottled water. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Room was super clean. Lighting was great. TV great size. Breakfast delicious. Ample parking on site for free (first come first serve) otherwise there is street parking.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very professional and helpful. The room was just perfect for us with all the facilities we needed.

Great spot with luscious green landscape at the front of the property. If you have a car, it’s 20-30 mins to Fremantle. The breakfast was delicious!

AustraliaWe were expecting it to be small, but we’re surprised at how small it actually was. The photos made it appear bigger than it actually was. It’s not a dealbreaker in any way, more something to be aware of. The drain wasn’t that effective so the bathroom floor / bathroom mat was wet for most of our stay. Also, the fact that parking is free is fabulous but the carpark is limited and some of the bays were tough to navigate. Two bays currently taken up by a skip bin.
The accommodation and room itself were aesthetically nice. The location is central and getting to the hotel was easier than expected. We chose the cheapest room available - considering everything else available in Perth, it was good.
