Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I didn’t know where to place the jug to make a cup of tea. I put it on the desk because that’s where the nearest switch was. Disappointed their was no actual roof top bar, although their are function rooms available on the roof top. Their is an outside area to sit, but you need to bring your own drinks.🤔
The room was maybe a bit dated with the furniture, but it had connections in the room for your laptop , and a digital radio. The bathroom was spacious. I liked that their was an actual proper in built wardrobe with mirrored doors.

This was the second time this trip I stayed at the hotel. :) However this time it didn't include breakfast which was a sort of hard to understand as the rooms were booked at the same time at roughly the same price. Anyhow this was solved in an efficient way by the staff.

Could have had a knife and plate in the drawer so we could cut up and apple, or something.
The premises is exceptional and wonderful for pickup travel before and after organised tours like the Murray River Boat. Staff are soo pleasant and obliging over any little thing. A nice little Rooftop Garden where you can take some food up to.

Kettle, coffee & tea supplies not set up very well. Low pressure on the cold water meant if you were not careful you had a very hot shower.

Unfortunately our room was only on level one with a view of a multi-story carpark!
The room was large with comfy bed, chair and arm chair. The bathroom was also large and well laid out with a bath (did not use) and separate shower. Amenities provided were adequate - good selection of teas / coffee. Location was fantastic (reason we chose this hotel) as it was very close to all the restaurants in Rundle Street and vicinity, also Rundle Mall shopping a short stroll away.

Although it is called "Roof Garden" I would have expected a little more up there, like a bar or so...
The room we got was spacious with both a shower and a bath tub. The breakfast was one of the better on this trip, but probably not in par with what we as European would have expected, but what we got was great.

The bed was a bit too firm and the lighting in bathroom a bit dim especially for applying make up.
Nice Hotel room, very good with not hearing another room. The view in our room was not fabulous, didn't use balcony as looked down onto a laneway. Shower was good and liked how the soap, shampoo etc. were in large containers. Breakfast was great.

Communication regarding rooftop facilities poor. Thought there would be a bar up there. Gym but small. Friendly staff but did not have much local knowledge.

Three night minimum stay and associated cost.
We were able to check in early, which was very nice after a stressful flight. The hotel restaurant offered good options for breakfast.

Lovely big room, king size bed, beautiful bathroom with bath tub and separate shower. Great hotel location - very close to Rundle Mall. Friendly staff and 24hr reception. Will definitely stay again.

Need to have some plain options for breakfast e.g. regular toast.
Location was very good. Close to public transport and Rundle Mall. Good restaurants nearby. Pick-up point for tour buses. Was able to store large suitcases when going on overnight trips.

I feel that this hotel may be getting a little tired and in a need of a re-vamp. It was not cheap, but nor was it completely fresh and up to date.
This is a comfortable hotel in a good central location close to University of Adelaide. Rooms and clean and staff were helpful and friendly at check-in.
