There’s room for improvement, the buffet breakfast was average and the coffee should be more barista quality rather than a press button machine.

The resort was great, especially the pool area, perfect for the little ones. Staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and we definitely will be returning.

Dirty marks on doors corners near handles in ensuite, seats in kitchen had what looked like chocolate cake crumbs, oven didn’t work, tv in middle room didn’t work, rubbish bin out front wasn’t emptied and we kept asking for it to be to be able to empty our inside bins!

Spa on roof, lift, garage, shower, comfy beds! Room service and the friendly staff that deliver it! Love water feature at front, reception , restaurant looks lovely ! Loved all mock tails. Garlic pizza to die for! Pasta yummy! Love the pool area for all! Close to shops!

More cutlery/ plates in the villas. Only have 6 of each item (for 6 guests) meant we were constantly having to wash to use again. Also the showers water pressure and temperate was impacted dramatically if any other water was running (another shower, bath, sink, dishwasher, washing machine) which made it difficult to enjoy.

The staff were very accommodating with all requirements. Facilities & location were lovely. Really great for families. Kids loved the games room and the pool areas. The buffet breakfast was excellent and well worth it.

Room was amazing and very spacious. Restaurant was lovely overlooking the pool. Great cocktail menu. Reception provided us with robes for all 6 guests on request and a late checkout. Easy walk into Noosa. We will be back!

Breakfast was beautiful! Amazing selection of foods, perfect for the family, something for everyone. And the kids absolutely loved the free arcade games and the pool! Best stay with the family!

This resort is Top! Huge apartments, very nice, new, modern, super clean. The beds were very comfortable, very cozy I loved it. Free game room for the kids, free tennis and basketball, nice restaurant great pool. We regret that we didn’t stay longer!

Ant infestation in the kitchen. We had to request maintenance to come and assist which they did so promptly and we didn’t have any further issues. We assumed not putting our “no service required” sign on the door meant our room would be cleaned but this wasn’t the case (despite the cleaning team being in our area on the day we went out all day). We had to request fresh towels and then the following day they cleaned the room. We also had friends who stayed 5 nights and also didn’t get their room cleaned. They could benefit from a food menu change throughout the week. Maybe a “specials” board as they only have on restaurant. Diverse evening entertainment would be great too. Hire car - one doesn’t have a working middle seatbelt, one of the booster seats has almost no padding so could use an upgrade. There was also a “known fault” with the car we took out which didn’t make us feel easy about taking it out.

Incredible facilities for rainy days. Games room and soft play area. Free pool safety vest hire. Onsite bar and restaurant. Highly recommend the pizzas and the pork belly salad. Large breakfast service. The shuttle bus.

Car parks are not allocated and there were often no spots at all near our room.

Fantastic resort for families, our kids loved the waterpark and games room. Staff were all so lovely and accomodating. Room was large and clean. Very handy having a shuttle to Hastings St.

We can’t fault RACV Noosa. It was the best place for us to stay as a family. The staff were so lovely and always did their very best to make sure we had everything we needed. Always with a big smile and happy to help us.
