Would have liked more ‘fresh’ options for lunch at the pool and at the bar/cafe. We were disappointed that the pool bar closes at 4pm. Felt too early. On check in we were made aware of renovations on two floors of the hotel- whilst noise from renovations is limited to 10am to 3pm in those hours it was very noisy (From the room and from the pool). Further renovations from the board walk next to the pool made it hard to relax. Personally thought the rate to stay was too high considering this. Travelled with family, and both my parents and sisters family were given dining vouchers & drink vouchers on check in (I assume to possibly make up for the noise) but whilst we booked everything the same we were not.

The room was beautiful, modern & clean. Loved the amenities especially the toiletries. Great TV. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was the best buffet we have had in Australia. Pools were beautiful. Great parking.

We enjoyed our stay, the service was great, staff were very friendly and happy. House keeping was on point, hotel is also in a good location. The pool is beautiful and not to mention the buffet breakfast, great selection highly recommend.

parking was busy but we heard an event was on

so handy to stay here with kids as it has the heated spa - even if it’s cold and rainy we can still go in the water. the restaurants mean we can dine on site so we technically don’t have to even leave.

The only downside being that we booked for 4 adults and there was only breakfast for 2, and most of the inclusions in the room was for 2 adults not 4, dressing gowns etc

The pool is INCREDIBLE, the staff were so accommodating and kind, especially Serena during check in, she went above and beyond for us.

Amazing stay! Memories we will have forever. Our room was clean, comfortable, and luxurious. From the moment we walked in, we were spoilt. Staff were all friendly and more than helpful during our stay. Pool areas are outstanding, and you can snorkel with the fish. What a wonderful experience to enjoy with my family. Buffet breakfast was such a treat. They had a variety of choices, and it was delicious!

Room size.?.....but hey, there is no reason at all not to return.

Room was very well equipped, with every possible need/amenity provided for The pool was out of this world, and the pool facilities and landscape were unlike anything I have seen to date. It is now a real draw that will have me returning for this aspect alone....when back to the Gold Coast The complete ambience created from the minute you walk into the lobby to check in is simply beautiful, the attention to detail is at an extremely high level...... The staff, no matter what role, every person I encountered was extremely personable. They purposely took time to really interact in detail and ensure you were looked after. They are well trained, and the service was at an extremely high level. The managers/ and management should be very proud.....they are a credit to the overall professionalism on display daily.

Breakfast buffet. The selection was at a low end. Maybe because when we went, it was so busy due to mother’s day.

Staff and room - excellent services and they were kind and ready to help. The pool was amazing. Will have to come back in summer so we can spend the whole day at the amazing pools.
