Everything was perfect. The welcoming view through crystal clear windows, a bottle of red wine on the breakfast bar, netfix on the tv, granite island opposite with a beautiful walk around it and another foreshore walk up to the Bluff. Stayed in many places and this apartment rates at the top. A bit of luxury which was hard to leave! The art work and books we especially liked but didnt have time to look at all the books! We liked Larder Kitchen restaurant but also choice of 3 pub restaurants within walking distance.

This apartment is truly beautiful. The location, facilities and host all perfect. Thank you, for an amazing stay. Highly recommended. Oh and the art work is incredible AND theres a compendinium of the stunning pieces.

Only 2 towels for 4 days. Having to drive kms from accomodation to pick up and drop off keys.

We were a bit overcome with the antique furnishings in what is a holiday rental and whilst we are normally very careful people, this seemed to impose a much greater need for care which did affect the comfort factor.

Breakfast was none applicable since it was an apartment, we made our own. However, the facilities were exceptional and the welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates were well received.

A really lovely property with a real sense of character. It was delightful to stay in an apartment with lots of real furniture and art. Location couldn't have been more central - right off the causeway to Granite Island and it delightful to look out at the beach each morning. Facilities are excellent, including a very good kitchen, and value for money was excellent. Highly recommened

Having to leave!

The location of Seabreeze is ideal. Once we parked our car in the secure, underground car park, we did not use it again during our stay as we could walk everywhere. The apartment is comfortable and the view of the foreshore and harbour from the living area and balcony is outstanding.

The lock box was offsite and we weren’t driving therefore had to arrange transport to collect and drop off.

That we couldn't stay longer.

This is a fabulous apartment in a great location. Very comfortable, spotless and nice decor. We loved everything about it and wished we could have stayed longer. Victor Harbor is beautiful and we picked the best place to enjoy it all from. Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. Great security and the wine and chocolates were a nice surprise.

This was a wedding present for my daughter and son-in-law Everything was fantastic, the views were amazing, the accommodation was perfect and pristine The host Martha even had a gift for them, which was sensational. This was the perfect two night retreat the happy couple both needed, the beautiful victor harbour and surroundings. Everything was more than could be expected. The accommodation had everything there they required. Martha made it so easy to get and return the keys and was in touch to ensure all went smoothly.

You are directed to an address in Encounter Bay (several km away from the town centre) to pick up the keys from a lock box. You are also required to deliver the keys back to this address. The bedroom needs a blind or curtains as the street light shines through the bedroom window and illuminates the bedroom all night making it hard to sleep. The owners have provided sleep masks to assist with this problem but they are uncomfortable.

Beautiful well appointed apartment complete with antiques and original artworks, with fantastic ocean views. The apartment has everything you could wish for. You can cook an elaborate meal, wash and dry clothes, watch netflix and dine on the balcony. It is located right in the middle of Victor Harbor with basement parking.

The glass in the bedroom meant it was bright in there after sunrise but also when one person had a light on in the living area. We found it warm in the bedroom and there wasn't a spare thin blanket to replace the quilt with.

We enjoyed the fabulous view from the spacious balcony and being able to walk to everything we needed. The unit was clean and provided all of the conveniences needed to make it feel like home. The kitchen was well-equipped and the ice and cold water maker was a novelty for us. The free internet and Netflix worked really well. My favourite was sitting at the big dining table looking at the relaxing view.
