Very lovely staff. I arrived at 7am and they let me stay in the common area until my bed was ready. They also kept my backpack for free the next day. Kitchen, good shared room and great location.

There is nothing not to like.

The owner Natalia was very accommodating. She made sure our stay was comfortable and offered great communication. When she was not present her staff members Sandra and Marcel were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were some of the best we stayed in Salvador after a 3 week stay. The location is very good, right by all the attractions of Salvador. The beaches are not far away at all (Uber).

Beware of your surroundings not safe hotel staff warns about it just leave the hotel with a credit card and do not keep handling your cell phone as you walk around.

I wouldn't stay here if you are looking for a social vibe and to meet other travellers

It was just a one night stop for me and it was perfect. It's all new and the dorms are comfy. Good kitchen. The location is great and close to the ferry terminal.

Wi-Fi was good only in the rooms but not working at all in the communal area/shared kitchen, bunk beds have no privacy curtain.

Great location in Carmo just next to Pelourinho and Santo Antonio in the city centre, close to shops and restaurants, clean rooms and toilets. Good A/C and the staff are very friendly and helpful, the shared kitchen is decently equipped. Metro station (Campo da Pólvora) is a little bit far, about a 12/15 minute walk.

Bad location for transport, food, groceries, and pretty much anything that is not Capoeira. No place to sit around and have wifi connection. There are chairs or sofas only in the kitchen, which is beyond the limits of the wifi. The AC in the room was freezing and I had disagreements with other guys and had to escape to the kitchen in order to keep my body temperature in liveable levels.

Good location if you need to do stuff in the Pelourinho. Not central Pelourinho, so not too noisy from drumming. Go up the street for nice evening walks, with live music and good people. The place is new, clean, and neat.

Everything was quite new, they made the beds each day and changed the towels which was a nice surprise. They leave the air con control in the room so it can be as cold as you want which is much needed in Salvador weather. Last the location is very central an close to everything

Not much by way of facilities or local tips but it's not a social hostel/tour agency so I'm being picky...

Location was really good and it was cheap. I only used the room for the day as I was going on to Lencois in the overnight bus. They were more than accomodating and the hostel is chilled

The bed seems old as it was making some noise. As the Pelourinho is near some noise can be heard. I would recommend ear plugs for very light sleepers, or if you are in the shared room (as the shared room is facing the street)

The location of the hostel is top tier : near the heart of the Pelourinho, restaurants and main attraction are 2min walk from the hostel. The room was very spacious, and bathroom just what you need, nothing fancy. The people working here are very helpful and nice trying their best to make your stay confortable

Morning staff was indifferent to our questions, and barely looked at us when checking out. The bed was very noisy, and the pillows need to be replaced.

Location is great, everything is new, night staff was kind. We wanted a quiet place to rest, and this wasn't a busy hostel and fullfiled our expectations

Fast and smooth check-in, nice staff, location is perfect, everything in the hostel is new, kitchen is fully equipped, nice hangout area as well. The hostel provide towels, the dorm has a private bathroom (very clean), comfy bunk beds with wall outlet and light. Big lockers, you don't need a lock as they have keys for each locker.

I just have to be honest here, since the owner speaks little English, im not sure a better way to describe my issues with the hotel. Some of the facilities need an improvement. The most obvious is the shower which is connected to heater and electric. Unfortunately when I try to adjust the shower’s head position, there was a mild electrical shock, which worried me to death. Its quite dangerous, and i have no better way to explain this to owner. The faucet was also had an issue, and thank god I realized before the whole floor was flooded

This place is pretty bare bones. The bed was too small. Don’t book here if you’re looking for ANY kind of hostel vibe or are trying to meet other travelers. There’s no common area. Feels more like Airbnb apartments than a hostel. Our drain was stinky and the sink leaked. There’s no filtered water available for guests and little information given about the hostel and area at check-in. Would book somewhere else next time. So much potential in this property though!

In Santo Antônio and easy walk to Pelorinho. Clean room and friendly staff. Decent price given the expensive area. Liked the spacious room and balcony.
