No tea coffee facility in the room, need more comfortable seating in the room, not much drawer/storage space for keeping personal items. A proper desk with a lamp would also help.

There are a few things to be improved: there were cracks in the sink and wall, and the shower was accumulating water in the floor.

Amazing hotel, very comfortable bed and nice staff well trained. We stayed for 3 days. The view from the rooftop is stunning and the breakfast is great.

A fantastic art deco gem of a hotel, a few meters from the Pelourinho. Friendly, helpful staff, fantastic roof bar and pool with wonderful views over the bay of Salvador and sunsets. Bedroom on 7th floor was very comfortable and spacious, with partial views of the bay. Breakfast, although not a buffet, was excellent with a good choice and efficient. Dinner in the hotel had the best Moqueca of my visit to Brazil. We spent our last few days in Brazil here and loved every minute of it. Highly recommended.

Nice building with the charm of the years 1930. People very kind at check-in. Nice view on the bay from the rooftop pool and restaurant, fortunately only accessible by hotel guests. Our superior room (7th floor) had some view on the bay. Breakfast served at the table; no buffet.

There was a lot of noise outside the hotel during the night and at the pool ( ventilation?). We had a twin room and the beds are rather small.

The hotel is very well renovated - stylish and with taste Breakfast was fantastic and the location perfect for us. Staff was very nice and helpful and the pool a pleasure.

A beautiful Brazilian hotel recently refurbished. beautiful rooms. roof top bar and pool was outstanding ( loved the Brazilian music) and restaurant/ breakfast really good. very close to the main sites of old Salvador. Highly recommended.

breakfast service was very slow on some days & with very little interaction from staff, having to constantly ask for more coffee or to order. not a great selection of savoury options or breads, very expensive breakfast for what it was. some fresh cooked breads etc would be easy to do. there was no hooks or towel rails at all in the bathroom so nowhere to hand a towel or clothes or wet swim wear
