The apartment was comfortable and clean, with excellent facilities. Two very minor maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and courteously. The staff were exceptional and very helpful, and caring when I was not feeling well.

At first the room seemed tidy and clean. But bed was uncomfortable. The use a single sheet and put two twin beds together. You will not be comfortable sleeping

They are directly next door to a souvenir shop that plays the loudest music from 10am-midnight. While they have double panes windows to block out noise the bass of the incredibly loud music will rattle through your room until midnight. The staff admits it is a common complaint. I stayed 11 nights and impossible to sleep until after midnight. Staff is completely indifferent because they know hotels are in high demand and the simple turn up their nose at all guests. Save yourself grief and book elsewhere.

The only thing I can moan about and it’s not the hotels fault is we could hear every movement in the upstairs room, but for the age of the hotel it’s just one of them things. Didn’t ruin our stay though.

were not able to use the room - being repaired and not yet completed. Although we were re-booked to another location .. 7 minutes walk away ... no offer of help or assistance (cab) provided to us. We were 4 of a family (3x females) and all our luggage (3 large bags, 4 small bags and 4 back packs). Luggage enough for 30 day holiday away from Australia so packed to the hilt and final stages of trip. Ready to go home. Very poor service.
