A luxury stay for us since we were traveling multiple places! Very clean and modern. Fabulous spa with sauna, steam room, etc was an extra treat! Nearby ocean view so peaceful. Sirolo is a great town and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very high quality with lots of selection. There was beach accessibility about a 15 minute hike, zigzag down the mountain. Be prepared for good exercise to walk back up! If you need strong Wi-Fi, you might need a first floor room. Follow the address down the narrow road and look for the small sign on the pillar in a rust finish. Private parking behind a gate was most helpful! Staff were very professional and helpful as you would expect in a higher end spa.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped, and perfect for a family. In walking distance from the center of Ravenna. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a building with no elevator, but we could lock the baby stroller in a room on the ground floor, which was very helpful. The host was very friendly, helpful, and flexible regarding arrival time.

It was very cute little apartment in a great location just a small walk up the hill from the main area. There was all nice amenities available upon arrival and although we had a hard time find the unit, the neighbours helped us find it which was nice.

The location and the facilities were fabulous. Our hosts were amazing and the room was well appointed and pristine. Breakfast was a special treat and there were many options. Our hosts could not have been more helpful or welcoming. A fabulous stay!

My one complaint is the shower design - it is a lovely, recently renovated bathroom, but one side of the shower is open, so the water goes everywhere.

The place is poorly maintained. The bed cover was covered with visible stains, which means it was not washed for ages. There was only one towel set in the room, so we had to ask for another one which we received only tomorrow. Floors in the room and in the bathroom were covered in hairs and some flecks. Although it seemed that bathroom was cleaned every day - obviously it wasn't wiped thoroughly. The shower cabin was really dirty. The soap bottle wasn't refilled during our stay, it just stood there empty. We had to use shampoo from the shower cabin. Heating was turned off when we came in, we came to a freezing room, and it took hours to warm up. I asked the host for a pen to write some postcards, and he forgot to bring it. We were charged 7€ tax per night per person, in cash, and apparently in Italy the tax is charged according to accommodation rating - 7€ is the rate for 5-star hotels! The area in the evening is pick-up place for prostitutes. One of them had her stand literally in front of the house. The accommodation is some 8 km far from city center, you have to switch two means of transportation and it takes from 50 minutes onwards to reach the historic center.
