The apartment was nicely decorated and the kitchen well appointed, while the bathroom was super roomy. The most wonderful thing about this place is that it is situated in the countryside - the living area has the most wonderful view over trees and fields - yet only less than 10 minutes driving away from the charming old walled little city Hulst. Furthermore, the hostess, Jacqueline, was super friendly: I arrived on my birthday and when I came back at night, a little surprise gift of aromatic teas was waiting for me on the doorstep!

The one thing I could comment on is that the wardrobe in the bedroom I stayed in (the apartment has a second one I didn't need and it was locked) is very close to the bed and hard to get into.

Frequent shuttle bus to and from airport. Great staff and an excellent breakfast.

Location is rather remote with nothing close but another IBIS hotel. Very limited restaurant and bar facilities due to other hotel renovations.

Front desk staff did not help people waiting “in order” — they ignored us and helped other people first (three times). Breakfast offered was way overpriced for quality and selection.
