Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe self check in needs work as it's not as smooth as it needs to be. There was a power outage when I stayed that highlighted the value of analogue when no doors could be opened until there was power - fortunately they do have room keys but it wasn't a good look.
Everything. Breakfast was excellent. the facilities first class, the common area very comfortable, the wifi good and the location good. This place will get discovered and hope that doesn't ruin it :)

NetherlandsWe encountered some minor issues with the digital check-in and check-out, but the staff responded very quickly, and we were able to sort everything out
Incredibly comfortable hotel in a beautiful, quiet area of Paris. Our room was very peaceful, and we didn't hear any noise from the street at all. The concept of co-living is quite interesting, with several rooms on the floor sharing a common living and dining area. One morning, we met our neighbors and had a lovely chat over breakfast, while the next day we had breakfast by ourselves. Deni, who was very friendly, assisted us during breakfast, helped us choose a restaurant for the evening, and provided local guidance. The hotel is brand new, with a wonderful design, everything is fresh and clean. Our room had lovely textiles, high-quality slippers and robes, and the softest towels. The staff is wonderful and attentive. We will definitely come back!

ThailandNothing. Everything was more than perfect. The only thing i didn't like was having to leave.
This hotel is amazing. Everything is perfect and exceeded my expectations in all departments. Madam Stephanie is the perfect host and leads an amazing team. The location is amazing being just a short stroll from the Eiffel Tower and there is a Metro station just a few hundred yards away. The bed and pillows are like soft silky clouds and the breakfast is the best i have ever had. Suffice to say i will return.

AustriaVery modern, very contact less appartement .. could be little be confusing for the 40+ generation :-) .. once you reach the staff in person, they are super!!
Incredible location, there is only 3 rooms to each floor who share the kitchen/living/room/desk .. so basically if you are lucky you get a huge appartement to your own for the stay

TurkeyNothing, it was a perfect accomodation.
Exceptional location located near Les Invalides, extremely welcoming hosts who tries very hard to make you feel like you are home. Every small detail is amazingly considered. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. As a person who is very picky about the location I’m staying, this hotel is definitely my first choice in Paris.

IsraelEverything is digital including all access to the hotel and rooms. This might be a challenge for ppl that are less tech/ digital savey. The location is not the best in town but very accessible.
Although the hotel was only recently open and some of it is still going through constructions, it has the best vibe, super clean, comfy and the breakfast that is served on each floor at the commune space makes it very personal. We really enjoyed that part, could sit together, eat and feel like home away from home. Super nice and responsive staff. We needed late check out and the staff went above and beyond to help us. This was a great experience. The decore is AMAZING!

SlovakiaMy wife Anna, daughter Arina visited this wonderful hotel. From the beginning everything was fantastic. Stuff is very professional and friendly, always available and ready to help, always far more than you can expect. Administrator Abes from the first meeting did his best to solve all our issues, waiter Danny always attentively served breakfasts and was super kind. Rooms are tidy and brand new. It was surprising that real state of building is better than photos in Booking, but it is so. Pillows and bed are very comfortable, interior of room is gorgeous. We are sure that we will come back. Highly recommended. Thank you very much for such a pleasant stay

UkraineIt was a little bit hot in the room. It will be nice to have a possibility to control the temperature.
The hotel is "fresh from the oven": everything is new, modern, stylish, well-decorated and attractive. The administration was very friendly and nice. We appreciated the tips on the best places to visit in Paris. The breakfast was light, delicious and well-served. Coffee is available 24/7. The hotel is situated in safe, clean and central area. The Eiffel Tower is 15 minutes by foot. Amazing!

SwedenIf I really try and think about something to mention here there are two thing but so minor I did not consider it until now. The electronic key that you have on your phone was very practical but made me a bit nervous as I was as running out of battery whilst out. However, staff is always at the hotel so I assume this would not be a problem in any event. Possibly in the summer, not great if breakfast things stand out without being refrigerated as it is only out on the table on normal plates. But I am sure they will also think of this and have a solution. :)
A completely new boutique hotel with a homely yet very chic touch with all elements being thought through for a complete experience of comfort and je ne sais quoi. Breakfast is served on each floor in a small set up where you sit wirh fellow guests staying on the same floor and make your own coffee in a state of the art machine which makes delicious coffee. Lovely staff all around as well and super nice decor. The bed was most comfortable with fantastic beddings.

NetherlandsEverything was perfect!
Brand new, stylish, comfortable, central location, read on a previous review the bed was like a cloud and it was indeed! Fluffy towels, quality toiletries, attention to detail, interesting new concept co-living space. Very kind and friendly staff! Continental breakfast with quality ingredients. For travellers with a car, very easy to find parking spot on the street (payable Monday to Saturday 9am to 20pm). Had a technical hiccup that was minor and I only mention it to highlight it was handled with professionalism and attention!

NetherlandsIt was worse than staying in apartments; at least there, you expect to be by yourself. Even though the quality of the build is excellent, the overall experience is poor. The digital key doesn't work. The breakfast is very minimal. There's basically no staff anywhere, so you're on your own. There's no reception, no phone to call, no sign on the door, no instructions—nothing. There are no signs on the floor, so you have no clue which floor you're on if you use the stairs. Just an empty, renovated apartment block with no people inside and no hospitality. I'm not even sure who would want to pay a high price for such a lack of hospitality. Practically speaking it's not a hotel, it is automated apartments. As an entrepreneur myself, it's such a pity to see so many investments into renovations only to result in such a poor overall experience. Meet your guests, give them all the necessary instructions, and place stickers everywhere to explain your concept in simple words. As very experienced traveler (15+ countries last year) - not recommended.
The location and the room itself 10/10.
