The staff was very kind, and available at all times. They gave me great recommendations as to which monuments in the city to visit and where to find good brunch places. Also, the room was spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed, and had a nice balcony. Great value for money overall

The hotel could upgrade the restaurant to be pet friendly as well for true pet friendly experience. Of course, all that for pets with respective acceptable behaviours.

Overall pretty good experience - generally nice staff, clean room, relatively quiet. What did stand out for us were 1. the usage of parking space in the downtown of the city, 2. pet friendly, 3. each necessary accommodation and hygienic amenities plus additional ones like coffee & tea.

The location of the hotel was very central. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Hotel provide parking service for a fee of 10 euros per day. It was a great comfort. Also, the breakfast was very rich and delicious.

Nothing. There was just a small thing that at the suit room, the room smelled like a detergent or disinfectant but we did not let them know and just opened the balcony door for ventilation.

Rooms are clean and the bed is really comfortable. We stayed at this hotel on the 23rd of May for 1 night and then came back on the 27th. On the 27the we were upgraded to the suit room with balcony which comforted us very much. The staff is very attentive, helped us with our restaurant reservations.

The exemplary attention and kindness from the staff, the care for the small details that make a big difference, made us feel not just like tourists, but like a valued guests. Every team member demonstrated remarkable professionalism and kindness, from the reception staff to those who impeccably maintained our room. The room is quaint, very well equipped, and tastefully decorated, very comfortable, bright, and restful. The cleanliness is top-notch, even the room's fragrance contributes to a perfect ambiance. Furthermore, I appreciate the efforts made to ensure that every aspect of our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Whether it was recommendations for local restaurants or the surprise awaiting us in the room on Easter Eve, I always felt you were present and eager to do everything for our comfort. I did not like their lack of flexibility as I explained above.

Although the staff were not flexible before I arrived, they were very helpful once I was there. My credit card got stolen as I was traveling and before the hotel had managed to charge my room. Since it was not possible to get a new credit card before atriving, I contacted the hotel and explained the situation and asked them not to cancel my reservation, and that I will pay them in cash when I arrive 5-6 days later. The hotel was inflexible and offered no solutions. I proposed to transfer the money by wire, but they did not respond. In the end, I had to ask a friend to pay on my behalf, which was not ideal. I think good customer service means excellent problem solving skills. And this I did not see. Otherwise, the place was well cleaned and the breakfast was EXCELLENT and the location was perfect, within walking distance of everything.

Everything was perfect.

We got exactly the same room which we booked. Staff were super friendly, they recommended a few restaurants we should visit. We also got a welcome drink when we arrived. Upon our arrival they told us that they won't charge us for the parking spot. The location was amazing, 5min from the clothing stores, 10min from the White Tower, 20min from the umbrellas. Every day the cleaning ladies were giving us 2 water bottles free of charge.

I tried hard to think about something. There was nothing negative.

Staff helped with the luggage, they took my car from the busy street and parked for me in their private parking. Super helpful with creating invoice etc. Breakfast was super, location on a nice walking distance from the international fair and in in the middle of the vibrant city life. After a long day travel and fair it was an oasis of rest, friendlyness and cleanness.
