The facility is a little bit old.

Nice beach side, nice staff, near the airport, family rooms, value for money. If ABC club is open, that would be perfect.

AC in the lobby and elevator area didn’t work. The jacuzzi was out of service without notification. The kitchen didn’t provide enough dishes and utensils for the room occupancy. The furniture was outdated.

The location was close to the main attraction area. It accommodated 10 people.

The bed was a bit hard, the pool smelled like chlorine, there was water leaking in the master closet and being woken up by the fire alarm at 4 in the morning with no explanation and the AC wasn’t working well.

We like the big space, provide a washing and drying machine, great view and it has a kitchen.

The phone in the rm wasn't working. It took awhile before the maintenance guy stopped by to fix the problem. He gave us a phone fr another rm. Also...requested additional towels but never received them.

It was very spacious. Enjoyed watching the sunrise/sunset fr the balcony.

Only one of three elevators worked, and the rooms overall are starting to show their age. Uncomfortable mattresses.

Great option for our large group, with multiple bedrooms and a full kitchen. Nice to have a balcony too.

The A/C wasn't cold. The room was comfortable, but not cold. Also, their pool was closed down for maintenance, which is understandable due to a storm that had just passed.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a convenient store in the lobby that sells most things that you may have forgotten and that you'll need during a hotel stay.

The property is a bit worn. We had a queen bed and two twins. One of the twin beds was firm and could feel some of the springs. The other two beds were good. There is bare basics in the kitchen. 4 of everything to eat on (except only 2 drinking glasses). No dish soap or towels in kitchen. But for the price, we bought some plastic cups, paper towels, and dish soap. It was a great deal for the price. Hot tub is dry but the pool is good.

We had the two bedroom condo. The size is great, like a small apartment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. We had a great view. Not the best beach to swim in but we did enjoy walking along the beach. The pool is nice. The price was great for the size and would consider staying here again. Staff was great! There is a small convenience store in the lobby.

Only one of the three elevators was working. At times, it took a long time for an elevator. No air conditioning in lobby.

What I don't like is the A.C in our room. My kids were having hard time going to sleep and we had to go buy a fan for them. Hope next time we reserve a room we will be staying in a different room.

I like the room very spacious with washing machine and a dryer with everything we need. I like the view and the pool.
