The only slightly odd thing was the glass wall between the gym and the spa area. So when you are sitting in the hot tub you have people working out pretty much right next to you, but we actually didn’t really mind that.

The hotel had the nicest breakfast we had in an accommodation in a while. The access to the gym and spa was very nice. The room was massive, so I would definitely recommend this place for a longer stay, when you can take full advantage of all of that above.

We had a family suite on 7th floor which was much bigger than we needed only being a couple but it was well equipped and had a balcony too. Air con was excellent and kitchen well-equipped. It was however, very tired in terms of look and furniture. The sofa was old and the lounge rug old and dirty. The suite really needs some love and attention to give the huge space the boost it needs.

Location of hotel was excellent as it was a 10 minute walk to the main road for the bus and lots of lovely restaurants close by. The pool was a bonus. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety.

A totally awesome breakfast then access to gym and spa to wear it off. We had an apartment which was very spacious with a kitchen. 18 minute walk to chain bridge and central to all other sites.

The spa had a bad smell, the shower in the room leaked all over the bathroom every time we used it. We did not find the staff very welcoming or friendly, rather uninterested in anyone.

The room was great, very spacious, comfortable bed. The location was excellent, walked everywhere. The gym was good, large and lots of equipment.

Maybe for some parts in hotel it would be good to do some restoration but it didn’t ruin our stay. Only thing what we didn’t understood was ac and it was quite warm in the room.

Hotel was in a great location. We were upgraded and we had very spacious room, it was nice and quiet with everything that we needed. It was very clean and stuff was nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Budapest.

Cold in the room, a lot of accesories damaged, more likely apartament rent not hotel, amateur staff. First shock:: al the lobby 2 ladies from the swimmingpool only with a large towel over swimming swit - outside temperature around 8 degrees. Soon find out that no bath robes in the room. Swimming pool dark, 80% customers from outside the hotel comming for the gym.

Big appartment, but bigger doesn't mean better always. Breakfast ok, was funny a bottle of shampagne waiting to be opened.

We enjoyed our stay ...but i have to say that the young blonde girl on the reception one time we asked a question about our key fob couldnt of been more disinterested if she had tried ..feet on the desk. Hoodie up and a bad attitude when we asked about our fob not working correctly..not a great advert for this hotel ..

We have got an information during check in, that the spa area is open until 8 p.m. We came to this spa area about 7.20 p.m and have got a answer that everything will be closed in 20 minutes ☹️ I can not say it is a spa, it is just a little pool and one jacuzzi. Price was quite expensive.

We liked the room. It was very spacious and comfortable. There were everything we needed (even a washing machine). The bed is very comfortable. Hotel’s location is quite ok, about 2-3 km from the main sightseeings. We liked the breakfast also. We will consider this hotel as a option next time we will be in Budapest.

Wellness and fitness is used mainly by public, therefore the facilities are often crowded. There are other people swimming, swim lessons or aqua aerobic so there is not much space for swimming or walking by the pool because there are instructors on the side. There is no warm food for breakfast, sausages, eggs, pancakes are all cold, every day. But it’s not a reason why we wouldn’t come back.

Apartment was spacious, very nice, everything was clean. A lot of options for breakfast, open 8-11, so no need to rush. Wellness open for a long period of time every day. Great location, a lot of restaurants and coffee shops around, close to the city centre, metro/bus stations also very close.

Wifi was appalling and kept dropping out, reported it twice but they said it was ok. Some of the male staff were very abrupt and came over as ignorant and rude.

There was nowhere to put the shower head. You had to hold it over you or there was a fitting but it was about thigh high.

We had a great room on the top floor with a balcony. Great location. Staff were great. Really recommend. Breakfast had a large selection of hot and cold food.

It is a hotel with spa, but we really missed a place where to hang towels and wet bathingsuits in the room. For a 4 star hotel I would expect to have it, even to have bathrobes and slippers in the room. The small apartment was strangely furnished. The bed was in the larger room where the kitchen was. The smaller room, which I think was where originally the bed was, had lots of storage space for clothes and just two armchairs and a little coffee table. It was a weird setup as the tv was in the room with the bed and the kitchen. So we just used that room for our suitcases and clothes. Some furniture seemed a bit dated, nothing a bit of new paint would not solve. In the shower the shower courtain was super dark and hang so high it was obstructing any light, so you were showering in pitch dark.

The hotel has excellent location, ca 15 min from the train station and same distance to the street with restaurants and bars and ca 15min to the centre. The hotel was nice and clean. The hotel breakfast was very good with a big choice. The apartment was quiet, had a really comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom was renovated and clean. Overall it was good value for money given the location and the tasty breakfast.
