You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I have stayed here before with my family. We really like staying here and it's great value for money. The family room is such a great size, The bathroom is a little small but the shower is big. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Great location. The massage area is amazing and so relaxing. The girls that work there are fantastic. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Bali

GermanyMinor thing: We arrived late at night and the bedsheets looked a bit unclean, but it was only due to the lightbulb / color of the light. Everything looked good and clean by daylight. :)
Everything went smoothly! The outside area looked great and well taken care of. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We just stayed for one night, as we moved on further north the following day. The hotel is quite close to the airport, but also to the beach and good restaurants etc., so it’s a good area to stay in for a few days.
